Following our initial assessment, our proposal included details on land ownership, train movements and conducting the least disruptive and most cost effective solution for creating access to carry out survey work. We supplied COSS and handsignaller personnel for this specific project, and can provide a range of safety critical personnel for work on roads, railways and level crossings.
