Infrasafe is looking to recruit new starters for Authorised Person roles.

All personnel will be based at Gosforth Train Depot. Duties will require them to carry out Power Grade B Authorised Person and Senior Authorised Person activities (to Nexus Rail competency standards).

Candidates will require an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. A Nexus PTS and Network Rail equivalent Authorised Person competency would be desirable but not essential. Additional training i.e. Depot Safety, Electrical Safety will be provided.

Applicants must:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a good team player
• Have a willingness to upskill
• Be willing to work flexibly including emergency call outs and weekends
• Be medically fit
• Have a full UK driving license, use of own use of vehicle and mobile phone.

Weekend/ Emergency Call Out, Possible Midweek work opportunities. Full paid training (3-4 weeks) will be provided.  Flexible working and beneficial rates.
