We are pleased to announce that Infrasafe Limited has reached agreement to transfer ownership of its business to Roadsafe Corporate Group (RCG).

RCG provides road traffic management, line marking and anti-skid surfacing services. The business was formerly a sister company to Railsafe. Infrasafe’s M.D. Peter Scott is a seasoned railway professional with an extensive background in rail operations and possession management.

This acquisition will provide a stronger platform for both companies. There will also be a number of joint opportunities for Roadsafe and Infrasafe to deliver a fuller rail and road package of services to existing and new customers. Both businesses will be based at Railsafe House, Blaydon.
